Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and professional assistance to users through online customer service platforms, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues effectively;
  • Monitor and analyze user feedback, systematically documenting and organizing recurring problems to improve service quality;
  • Act as a bridge between users and the company, translating complex financial concepts into clear and concise explanations in Korean and English;
  • Conduct regular reviews of user experience challenges, identifying pain points and proposing actionable solutions for process optimization;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency;
  • Adapt to flexible working hours, including extended night shifts, to ensure 24/7 support for our global user base.
Job Requirements
  • Native or fluent proficiency in Korean and English, with an advantage in Chinese language skills for better communication with diverse users;
  • Proven experience in customer service or related fields, preferably in the financial or digital asset industry, with a strong understanding of trading platforms;
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure;
  • Strong business acumen and analytical mindset, capable of grasping fundamental financial concepts through training and on-the-job learning;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving user issues;
  • Flexibility to accommodate shift work schedules, including long night shifts, to ensure continuous support for global operations.
