Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Persian Online Customer Service representative to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional support to users through online platforms, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying and resolving issues while contributing to process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and respond to user inquiries through online customer service tools, addressing their concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Provide timely feedback on existing issues, collecting and organizing problem reports for further analysis.
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen by quickly grasping essential business concepts during training sessions.
  • Identify obstacles in user experience, uncover user needs, and collaborate with teams to drive problem-solving and process optimization.
  • Adapt to flexible shift schedules, including the ability to work long night shifts when required.
Job Requirements
  • Proficiency in Persian language (both written and verbal) is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in customer service or online support roles is preferred.
  • Basic financial knowledge or related experience would be an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze user feedback effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including night shifts as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with customer service platforms or CRM systems.
  • Background in financial services or related industries.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
