Job Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Customer Support Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for interacting with customers, resolving their issues, and providing technical support when needed. The role also involves contributing to customer satisfaction initiatives and improving overall service quality.
Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and respond to user inquiries through online customer service tools
  • Provide timely solutions to user concerns and questions
  • Identify and report process issues while collecting and organizing problem data
  • Analyze user experience obstacles and uncover potential needs
  • Drive problem resolution and process optimization initiatives
  • Participate in customer satisfaction improvement programs
Job Requirements
  • Fluent in Korean and English (both written and spoken)
  • Mandarin language ability is a strong advantage
  • Quick learner with strong business acumen
  • Ability to grasp essential business concepts after training
  • Financial knowledge or relevant experience is preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Working Conditions
  • Must be able to adapt to shift work schedules
  • Willingness to work long night shifts when required
  • This is a fully remote position
