Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data science solutions to address real-world business challenges, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering quantifiable results.
• Collaborate with the operations team to define KPIs, analyze performance data, and optimize business processes through predictive modeling and statistical analysis.
• Collect, process, and analyze NFT-related data using advanced algorithms and machine learning techniques to improve the accuracy and reliability of predictive outcomes.
• Design and execute data-driven experiments to evaluate the impact of product changes on user experience, operational efficiency, and business performance.
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for innovation, supporting strategic business decisions with evidence-based insights.
• Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear, concise, and visually engaging presentations or written reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously refining analytical approaches to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Job Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, with 3+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis and machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling, along with experience in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and algorithm development, with a proven track record of delivering impactful data solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical findings into business insights, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Experience working with blockchain or NFT ecosystems, including familiarity with data sources, market trends, and user behavior analysis in this niche sector.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to think critically and approach challenges from both business and technical perspectives.
