Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment efforts for various departments including front-end development, testing, product management, data analysis, operations, and risk control
- Conduct interviews and assessments for candidates across multiple technical and business functions
- Develop and implement effective hiring strategies tailored to the Web3 industry
- Collaborate with department heads to understand specific hiring needs and requirements
- Participate in internal training programs and knowledge sharing sessions
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in Web3 industry business departments
- Proven track record as a department recruiter or interviewer for technical and operational roles
- Experience in conducting internal training sessions or delivering lectures
- Prior experience creating online recorded courses or serving as a part-time lecturer is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of Web3 technologies and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess technical skills and cultural fit for Web3 organizations
