Job Description
The Performance Analyst plays a crucial role in driving business growth and efficiency by analyzing data across multiple departments. This position focuses on identifying key performance checkpoints, interpreting complex datasets, and delivering actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. The analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand operational needs, translate them into data-driven solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Based on data analysis findings, the analyst will also propose improvement strategies and track their implementation to measure effectiveness and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth business performance analysis by examining data from multiple departments, identifying critical performance metrics, and delivering actionable insights to drive business growth.
- Perform data mining and interpretation using advanced analytical tools to uncover hidden opportunities, detect inefficiencies, and provide data-driven support for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their operational challenges, translate these into data analysis requirements, and offer practical solutions that align with business goals.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) tailored to business objectives, ensuring accurate tracking, real-time monitoring, and regular reporting to stakeholders.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis findings, assist in the formulation of improvement plans, and monitor their implementation to measure effectiveness and ROI.
