Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Based on business goals and models, build a comprehensive, accurate, and reflective indicator system that reflects business characteristics.
• Monitor the business indicator system to timely identify and locate business problems/opportunities and drive their implementation.
• Develop a data-driven operational framework and collaborate with relevant teams to promote the implementation of business data-driven operational capabilities, including product functionality and data modeling.
• Conduct specialized research to perform in-depth analysis of business issues, providing data and decision support for platform mechanisms, product directions, industry strategies, and resource allocation.
• Output management recommendations based on analytical findings to guide business decisions.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to extract users' search behavior habits and provide suggestions for improving the search experience.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Experience in building and monitoring business indicator systems.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience in user behavior analysis and search experience optimization is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in the tech industry or e-commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of machine learning and predictive modeling techniques.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
