Job Description
The Product Manager (Swap Direction) will be responsible for the end-to-end design, planning, and optimization of BitKeep Swap-related products. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and launch while continuously improving user experience and market performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall design, planning, requirement analysis, and optimization of BitKeep Swap products, including functionality, UI/UX design, and user experience.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure smooth progress in product development, testing, and launch, resolving any issues promptly.
- Work with marketing, operations, and other departments to support the promotion and marketing of BitKeep Swap business, optimizing user experience and market feedback.
- Monitor and analyze business data, driving product iterations to enhance key performance indicators.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in blockchain, fintech, or decentralized finance (DeFi) sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with development, marketing, and operations teams.
- Deep understanding of UI/UX principles and a user-centric approach to product design.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
