Key Responsibilities

• Scheme Design: Plan and implement cooperation strategies between our Crypto wallet and popular/potential public chains/ecosystem projects. Analyze project characteristics and combine with product advantages to create innovative, attractive solutions.
• Data Growth: Use data-driven approaches to design growth plans through project cooperation, event operations, and brand promotion. Continuously optimize conversion funnels to maximize impact.
• Communication & Coordination: Collaborate cross-functionally with project teams, business units, operations, design, branding, content, and product departments to ensure successful implementation of partnership plans.
• User Insights: Deeply understand Crypto user needs to align solution implementation with real user requirements, delivering enhanced value to wallet users.
• Project Research: Conduct thorough research on emerging public chains and ecosystem projects to identify new opportunities for Crypto wallet integration and expansion.

Job Requirements

• 3+ years experience in blockchain/crypto project management or partnership roles
• Deep understanding of public chain ecosystems and crypto wallet technologies
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Creative problem-solving approach with user-centric mindset
• Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
• Passion for blockchain technology and crypto ecosystem development

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with multiple public chains and their ecosystems
• Background in growth marketing or product management
• Technical understanding of wallet infrastructure and blockchain protocols
• Multilingual capabilities for global project coordination
