Job Description
We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a DeFi Yield Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing on-chain liquidity dynamics and designing innovative DeFi yield strategies. Your work will directly impact our asset allocation decisions and portfolio rebalancing strategies in the rapidly evolving blockchain and cryptocurrency markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of on-chain liquidity dynamics to design DeFi Yield Strategies, on-chain assets allocation and portfolio rebalancing
- Evaluate research reports, whitepapers, and diverse market data sources to derive actionable insights
- Uncover early-stage and promising on-chain yield opportunities through comprehensive market analysis
- Identify, monitor, and interpret emerging trends, narratives, and patterns within blockchain and cryptocurrency markets
- Provide strategic insights to guide asset allocation and operational decisions

Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of DeFi protocols, yield farming strategies, and on-chain analytics
- Proven experience in analyzing blockchain data and market trends
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and research reports
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with various blockchain networks and their liquidity dynamics
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is preferred
- Passion for cryptocurrency markets and decentralized finance
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in quantitative analysis or algorithmic trading
- Knowledge of smart contract development and auditing
- Experience with data visualization tools and on-chain analytics platforms
- Strong network within the blockchain and DeFi communities
