Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the company's online business environment to ensure system stability and security
• Research and develop automation solutions for operational processes to reduce response time and operational costs
• Optimize monitoring and alerting systems to ensure accurate reporting and high availability
• Manage and maintain the log platform, including Elasticsearch optimization to improve query efficiency and reduce storage costs
• Administer and enhance the release platform, promoting technical standardization and implementation

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years of experience in system operations and maintenance
• Strong knowledge of automation tools and scripting languages
• Experience with monitoring systems and log management platforms
• Familiarity with release management processes and tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines
• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer)
