Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Website Traffic Growth & SEO Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive Google SEO strategies to improve search rankings and achieve sustainable organic traffic growth.
• Technical SEO Optimization: Conduct thorough technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting Google crawling, indexing, and rankings. This includes optimizing page architecture, Core Web Vitals, duplicate content, and tag standardization (H1, Title, Meta, etc.).
• High-Quality Content Strategy: Plan and optimize SEO articles for official websites. Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify valuable keywords and guide content teams in creating high-quality, SEO-friendly original content while being accountable for traffic and conversion performance.
• Link Building & Authority Enhancement: Develop and implement link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority (DA/DR).
• Data Analysis & Performance Tracking: Generate detailed SEO reports, monitor key metrics (keyword rankings, website traffic, CTR, conversion rates), and use data-driven insights to continuously refine SEO strategies.

Job Requirements

• Proven SEO Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on Google SEO experience with demonstrated success in independently managing projects and driving traffic growth.
• Technical SEO Expertise: Deep understanding of Google's algorithms and ranking factors. Proficiency in technical SEO processes and tools including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and Semrush.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills to identify issues, uncover opportunities, and optimize strategies based on data insights.
• Collaboration Skills: Excellent cross-functional communication abilities to work effectively with content teams, development teams, and other stakeholders.
• Industry Knowledge: Preference given to candidates with SEO experience in finance, Web3, or related specialized fields.
