Job Description
This role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing online trading and holiday-themed activities to attract new customers and enhance user conversion. The position requires continuous innovation in activity formats, competitor research, and user feedback analysis to improve the effectiveness and diversity of online events.
Key Responsibilities
- Sort out and continuously optimize the activity SOP process, activity execution/recording standards, and activity templates.
- Plan and operate online trading activities, holiday-themed events, etc., to attract new customers and improve user conversion, achieving both short-term and long-term operational goals.
- Drive innovation and iteration of activity forms through competitor research, user questionnaires, and exploring new gameplay to enhance diversity and effectiveness.
- Monitor industry user trends, identify hot topics, and plan activities aligned with product features, developing promotional strategies accordingly.
- Collect, monitor, and analyze activity data, conduct post-event reviews, and optimize processes to meet activity goals within set timelines and quality standards.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in event planning, execution, and optimization, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing.
