Job Description
The position title is Vietnam Social Media & Community Operations Specialist. As a crucial part of Deepcoin's globalization strategy, you will be fully responsible for social media and community operations in the Vietnamese market. We are seeking a growth expert who not only understands the logic of the Web3 industry but also excels in leveraging local Vietnamese social platforms such as Zalo, Telegram, and TikTok. Through high-quality content and refined community management, you will drive Deepcoin's brand influence and user growth in Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Content Management: Plan and create culturally relevant social media content tailored to the Vietnamese market. Simplify complex financial products (spot, futures) into easy-to-understand tutorials or news. Manage official social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter/X, YouTube, TikTok), including copywriting, posting, and engagement.
- Community Growth & Management: Oversee Deepcoin’s official Vietnamese communities (Telegram, Zalo, Facebook Groups, etc.), including daily maintenance, engagement guidance, and Q&A. Address negative feedback promptly to foster an active and healthy community ecosystem while protecting brand reputation.
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Design and implement online/offline campaigns (e.g., AMAs, trading competitions, airdrops) aligned with Vietnamese holidays and industry trends. Track performance metrics and optimize results.
- KOL/Partner Relations: Assist in identifying, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with Vietnamese crypto KOLs, media outlets, and partners to enhance brand promotion efforts.
- Market Insights: Monitor trends in Vietnam’s crypto market, competitor activities, and user feedback. Provide regular analytical reports to inform product improvements and branding strategies.
Job Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Native-level Vietnamese fluency; English or Chinese as a working language (for global team collaboration).
- Industry Experience: 1–3 years in Web3/FinTech/crypto social media or community operations. Familiarity with exchange mechanisms, DeFi, or derivatives trading is a plus.
- Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of Telegram, Zalo, Discord, and Facebook operations. Proficiency in bot management, anti-spam tools, and interactive campaign design. Knowledge of Vietnam’s crypto community culture.
- Content Sensitivity: Strong copywriting skills with an ability to leverage local memes/viral trends. Basic graphic/video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut).
- Resilience & Execution: Adaptability to the 24/7 crypto market with a strong sense of responsibility and quick response capability.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, service-oriented mindset, and ability to build user trust.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing connections with Vietnamese crypto KOLs or community leaders.
- Basic design (Figma/Canva/Photoshop) or video editing skills.
- Proven success in localizing operations for top-tier exchanges (CEX) or popular Web3 projects. Deep understanding of futures, derivatives, or spot trading.
- Strong analytical skills to refine strategies via data-driven insights.
