Job Description
The Korean Market Activity Operations role is responsible for the end-to-end execution of user growth campaigns, with a primary focus on key objectives such as user acquisition, registration conversion, transaction incentives, retention, and reactivation. The position involves designing and implementing high-efficiency campaign solutions to drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive user growth through data analysis: Examine user journeys and transaction behaviors to develop tiered incentive programs and optimize conversion funnels for maximum marketing ROI.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate resources across product, design, development, and other departments to ensure timely campaign launches and goal achievement.
- Innovation and competitive analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor campaigns to continuously innovate marketing approaches, enhancing platform growth efficiency and user engagement.
- Performance tracking: Establish KPIs and regularly evaluate campaign effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher with 3+ years of growth/marketing campaign experience in internet companies (e-commerce, fintech) or exchanges.
- Deep understanding of exchange user lifecycles with hands-on experience in registration, trading, referrals, rebates, and retention strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to independently assess campaign performance and make data-backed decisions.
- Excellent execution capabilities with proven ability to drive cross-functional communication and resource coordination.
- Results-driven mindset with high self-motivation to independently own growth targets and KPIs.
- Fluency in Korean for professional work; overseas project experience is preferred.
