Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement the business strategy for Informal Security, including growth plans, market analysis, and competitive analysis.
- Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and business plans to ensure fiscal responsibility and strategic alignment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners, identifying new business opportunities and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Work with the Quality Lead to develop and maintain operational policies and procedures, ensuring the highest level of service delivery and compliance with industry standards.
