Job Description
The Ecosystem Growth Associate will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth initiatives and campaigns for the Injective ecosystem. This position focuses on identifying and nurturing opportunities within the Web3 space to expand Injective's footprint and foster innovation. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive product pipelines and launch strategies that align with the company's long-term vision. Additionally, the role involves conducting in-depth competitive analyses and continuous market research to inform decision-making and maintain a competitive edge. The Associate will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key partners, community leaders, and stakeholders to strengthen Injective's ecosystem network. Participation in industry events and hackathons is required to enhance brand visibility and engage with the broader Web3 community.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of growth initiatives and campaigns to expand Injective's ecosystem reach and impact.
  • Conduct thorough research across the Web3 landscape to identify and evaluate potential projects that align with Injective's strategic goals, ensuring scalability and value addition.
  • Create and refine growth strategies for both existing and prospective products, partnerships, and services within the Injective ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement product pipelines, launch strategies, and operational frameworks that support ecosystem expansion.
  • Perform competitive analyses and continuous market research on Injective's business topics, industry trends, and market dynamics to provide actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners, community leaders, and stakeholders to drive collaboration and mutual growth.
  • Represent Injective at industry events, hackathons, and conferences to enhance brand presence and engage with the Web3 community.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of new initiatives, key metrics, and ecosystem performance directly to senior leadership for strategic alignment.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, market shifts, and regulatory changes to ensure the ecosystem remains agile and competitive.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Injective's product offerings, use cases, and target audience to tailor growth strategies effectively.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in ecosystem growth, product management, or similar roles within the Web3 or blockchain industry.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, conduct market research, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in tools for competitive analysis, market research, and data visualization (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Tableau).
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, with a results-driven mindset and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Chinese, Korean) are a plus for global engagement.
  • Passion for Web3 technologies and a deep understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi), NFTs, and blockchain ecosystems.
  • Experience with community management, content creation, and social media strategies to amplify ecosystem visibility.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver consistent results.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the crypto and Web3 space is preferred.
  • Experience with partnership development, including deal negotiation and relationship management, is advantageous.
  • Ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and confidence.
