Job Description
This role is responsible for driving market growth through strategic leadership and execution. The incumbent will oversee the market growth team, managing cross-functional initiatives across traffic acquisition, product marketing, partnership development, social media and community engagement, content creation, media relations, and internal communication. Key focus areas include developing and implementing growth marketing strategies, aligning market activities with overall business objectives, and fostering brand influence through innovative campaigns. The position requires close collaboration with product, engineering, and business development teams to ensure cohesive execution of growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive growth marketing strategies that align with business goals, including traffic acquisition, user retention, and engagement optimization
  • Lead the market growth team through regular performance evaluations, KPI setting, and strategic direction
  • Design and execute data-driven marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes, utilizing tools like Google Analytics, A/B testing, and user behavior analysis
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners, media outlets, and influencers to expand market reach and credibility
  • Oversee social media and community management efforts, including content calendar development, audience engagement, and brand sentiment monitoring
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align marketing initiatives with product roadmap and feature development
  • Establish and track growth indicators for campaigns, events, and user engagement activities
  • Conduct regular market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights
  • Develop bi-monthly OKRs for the market team to ensure alignment with organizational objectives
  • Implement analytics frameworks to mine insights from market data and translate them into actionable strategies
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in growth marketing, with a track record of successful market expansion initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills to develop data-driven decision-making frameworks and interpret market data
  • Excellent communication abilities to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
  • Leadership experience in managing marketing teams and driving strategic execution
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and campaign management platforms
  • Ability to create compelling content for various channels, including social media, email, and press releases
  • Experience in partnership development and relationship management with external organizations
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices for traffic acquisition
  • Strong understanding of business development processes and sales strategies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to address market challenges and optimize growth metrics
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration with multiple departments
  • Preferred: Advanced degree in marketing, business, or related field; experience with OKR frameworks
