Job Description
As the Exchange Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operational strategy and business planning of the exchange. Your primary duties include setting phased operational goals and ensuring their successful implementation, while being accountable for key business metrics such as trading users, trading volume, revenue, user activity, and retention.
You will coordinate various business segments including spot trading, futures contracts, user growth, marketing campaigns, and platform operations. Your role involves optimizing the entire user lifecycle from registration, deposit, trading, to retention. Based on market trends, user behavior, and operational data, you will develop growth strategies to continuously expand the trading user base, enhance trading activity, and maximize user value.
Additionally, you will lead the planning and execution of major operational and growth projects, establishing evaluation mechanisms for campaign costs, risks, and ROI. Regular business reviews and strategy optimizations will be part of your responsibilities. You will manage the operations team, including goal decomposition, task allocation, process management, and team development to improve overall delivery efficiency.
Collaboration with product, technology, marketing, business development, and risk control teams is essential to drive key business initiatives. You will be accountable for operational projects and final business outcomes.

Job Requirements
- 5+ years experience in cryptocurrency/Web3/CEX operations
- 3+ years in operational team management or business leadership
- Proven CEX platform operation experience (spot & futures preferred)
- Strong business acumen with KPI ownership experience
- Excellent data analysis and strategic planning skills
- Effective team management and cross-department collaboration abilities
- Deep understanding of crypto markets and user needs
- Results-driven with strong ownership mentality
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience as CEX Operations Director/Manager
- Successful track record of building operations from scratch
- Demonstrated success in significantly growing user base and trading volume
Compensation & Benefits
13-month salary package with various holiday benefits. Salary range: $8,000 - $15,000 USD equivalent per month.
