Job Description
This role is responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process to ensure the organization attracts and hires top-tier talent. The position requires managing all stages of candidate acquisition, from initial screening and assessment to conducting interviews and facilitating onboarding. Key focus areas include developing and implementing sourcing strategies, maintaining a robust recruitment pipeline, and ensuring seamless integration of new hires into the company culture. The ideal candidate will also play a pivotal role in coordinating recruitment events, leveraging both active and passive candidate channels, and optimizing hiring processes to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate outreach, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support
  • Develop innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage high-quality candidates through multiple platforms
  • Manage the recruitment pipeline by tracking resource availability, forecasting hiring needs, and maintaining timely candidate progressions
  • Coordinate and execute recruitment events such as campus hiring, job fairs, and industry networking sessions
  • Implement referral programs and ensure their effectiveness through employee engagement and incentive tracking
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals and business requirements
  • Provide support during the onboarding process, ensuring new hires receive proper orientation and integration into the workplace
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to maintain competitive edge
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with proven success in hiring for mid-to-senior level positions
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams
  • Strong analytical abilities to evaluate candidate data, track recruitment metrics, and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) for efficient candidate management
  • Ability to develop and execute creative sourcing strategies, including social media outreach and targeted job board campaigns
  • Experience with managing referral programs and measuring their impact on hiring outcomes
  • Knowledge of employment regulations and compliance requirements for recruitment processes
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address recruitment challenges and optimize hiring processes
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Preferred: Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment
  • Preferred: Familiarity with HRIS systems for candidate and employee data management
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
  • Experience with employer branding strategies to enhance the organization's appeal to top talent
  • Knowledge of candidate relationship management (CRM) techniques for long-term engagement
  • Ability to conduct structured interviews and assess candidate fit for organizational culture
  • Experience with onboarding best practices to ensure successful integration of new hires
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools for presenting recruitment analytics to stakeholders
  • Understanding of performance management systems for evaluating hiring outcomes
  • Ability to develop and implement recruitment process improvement initiatives
  • Experience with managing remote and hybrid hiring processes
  • Knowledge of global recruitment strategies for international talent acquisition
  • Ability to create and maintain candidate databases for efficient tracking and analysis
  • Experience with managing recruitment budgets and cost-effectiveness analysis
  • Understanding of employee retention strategies to reduce turnover rates
