Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate outreach, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support
- Develop innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage high-quality candidates through multiple platforms
- Manage the recruitment pipeline by tracking resource availability, forecasting hiring needs, and maintaining timely candidate progressions
- Coordinate and execute recruitment events such as campus hiring, job fairs, and industry networking sessions
- Implement referral programs and ensure their effectiveness through employee engagement and incentive tracking
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals and business requirements
- Provide support during the onboarding process, ensuring new hires receive proper orientation and integration into the workplace
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to maintain competitive edge
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with proven success in hiring for mid-to-senior level positions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams
- Strong analytical abilities to evaluate candidate data, track recruitment metrics, and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) for efficient candidate management
- Ability to develop and execute creative sourcing strategies, including social media outreach and targeted job board campaigns
- Experience with managing referral programs and measuring their impact on hiring outcomes
- Knowledge of employment regulations and compliance requirements for recruitment processes
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills to address recruitment challenges and optimize hiring processes
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- Experience with managing remote and hybrid hiring processes
