Job Description
Overseas HRBP is responsible for collaborating with business units to formulate development strategies, conducting comprehensive organizational diagnosis to systematically identify business bottlenecks and organizational pain points, and driving the implementation of strategic initiatives while enhancing organizational capacity building. This role requires proactive engagement in aligning human resources practices with company objectives, ensuring that talent management and team development are integrated into business operations. Key Responsibilities

Job Requirements
