Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with business leaders to provide comprehensive HR support and strategic guidance. You will play a key role in developing and implementing human resources strategies that align with our business objectives and drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to provide human resources support and guidance
- Develop and implement human resources strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage employee relations and foster a positive work environment
- Lead and execute human resources projects and initiatives as needed
- Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Support talent management processes including recruitment, development, and retention
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies
- Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus
