Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Track and analyze trends in major asset classes in the secondary market: Conduct in-depth research on market performance of asset classes such as stocks, cryptocurrencies, commodities, and major national bonds, identify potential investment opportunities and risks, regularly write market trend analysis reports, and provide data support for team decision-making and file review.
• Collect and organize market voices and opinions: By reading industry reports, news, social media, forums, and other channels, collect market participants' opinions and emotions, organize them into structured data, and help the team better understand market dynamics and investor behavior.
• Assist the team in data analysis and report writing: Use Excel and other data analysis tools to process market data, proficiently use AI tools to assist the team in producing investment research reports, market briefings, and presentation materials, ensuring data accuracy and report professionalism.
• Participate in team meetings and share research findings: Regularly discuss market trends and research results with the team, provide insights and suggestions, actively participate in the team decision-making process, and enhance the overall research ability and market sensitivity of the team.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex market data
• Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools
• Familiarity with financial markets and different asset classes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic understanding of AI tools for research and analysis is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
