Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Project Mining and Evaluation: Proactively seek and evaluate early-stage/growth stage financial technology projects, with a focus on cross-border payments, remittances, foreign exchange, compliance, and B2B financial infrastructure
• Industry Research and Ecological Construction: Track global financial technology trends, expand founder and industry resource networks, obtain high-quality project channels
• Project Screening and Post-investment Management: Conduct preliminary due diligence, analyze market competition patterns, assist invested enterprises in strategic resource docking and subsequent financing

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or investment banking with fintech focus
• Deep understanding of cross-border financial services including payments, FX, and compliance frameworks
• Proven track record in deal sourcing, due diligence, and post-investment management
• Strong network within the fintech ecosystem including founders, investors, and industry experts
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to assess market opportunities and competitive landscapes
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
• Fluency in English and at least one other major language is highly desirable
