Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for project research and development, including code writing and implementation.
• Engage in business learning and research specific to exchange projects to ensure alignment with industry standards.
• Overcome technical and business-related difficulties in exchange projects to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead architecture design and project standardization efforts to maintain high-quality code and system scalability.
• Conduct pre-research on new technologies to keep the team updated with the latest advancements in the field.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of technical experience in Java development.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in exchange-related projects.
• Proven experience in exchange contract development (non-smart contract).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
• Excellent understanding of architecture design and project standardization.
• Ability to research and implement new technologies to enhance project outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced financial technology environment.
• Familiarity with exchange protocols and financial market dynamics.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
