As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing strategic relationships with the company's major clients. Your primary focus will be to establish long-term, stable partnerships while driving business growth through exceptional client service and innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop relationships with key enterprise clients to establish long-term stable partnerships
- Deeply understand client needs and provide suitable cooperation solutions with comprehensive activity support
- Monitor project progress and coordinate internal resources to ensure successful implementation
- Maintain client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
- Identify potential business opportunities and expand new client resources
- Organize client information and business data regularly, reporting progress to team leaders
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop strategic account plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients
Job Requirements
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or key account management preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in finance, internet or Web3 industry is advantageous
- Strong sense of responsibility with clear goal orientation and stress tolerance
- Willingness to work onsite in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam initially, with subsequent business travel to client locations
- Team player with strong execution capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
