Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver compelling presentations at both online and offline investment fairs to explain the company's products, Bitcoin wealth management solutions, and agent mechanisms
  • Lead and motivate the team to explore local market opportunities and expand the agent network
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for agents, covering product knowledge and effective sales techniques
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local customers and partners
  • Identify and cultivate potential high net worth customer resources in the market
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to agents to enhance their performance
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in public speaking and delivering presentations to diverse audiences
  • Strong background in sales leadership and team management
  • In-depth knowledge of Bitcoin and wealth management products preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Experience in training and coaching sales teams
  • Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities
