Job Description
This position is an integral part of the marketing team, focusing on supporting the development and promotion of EVE China. The intern will engage in a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall marketing strategy, including but not limited to content creation, data analysis, and community engagement. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for growth and improvement within the market landscape.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee marketing initiatives specifically tailored for EVE China, involving the preparation of marketing documents, translation of promotional materials, and systematic data collection and organization. This includes conducting market research and compiling reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage and monitor the player community to ensure engagement and satisfaction. This involves analyzing community feedback, tracking player interactions, and generating comprehensive reports to highlight trends and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings with team members and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Responsibilities include drafting detailed meeting minutes, distributing them to relevant parties, and tracking action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Assist in the execution of additional marketing tasks as assigned by superiors, which may include supporting event planning, content creation for social media, and other initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility and player engagement.
Job Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong academic record and a passion for the gaming industry.
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal formats. Strong translation skills are a plus, especially for creating localized marketing content.
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations. Familiarity with marketing software and analytics tools is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Demonstrated attention to detail is essential for accurate data handling and report preparation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative in problem-solving are highly valued.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, social media marketing, and content marketing strategies. Experience with online platforms and tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the capacity to handle changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and reports.
