Key responsibilities include maintaining and promoting MoleEdu's curriculum system, coordinating with cross-functional teams to execute marketing strategies, and managing relationships with partners and customers to enhance brand visibility. The intern will also assist in organizing and executing both online and offline events, contributing to the overall marketing efforts of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and manage Moledao's bilingual community platform, ensuring seamless functionality in both Chinese and English. This includes monitoring user engagement, addressing community concerns, and implementing updates to improve the user experience.
- Maintain and promote MoleEdu's educational curriculum system by analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for improvement, and creating content to highlight the value of the programs.
- Support a series of online and offline activities, such as MoleGather, by coordinating logistics, managing event timelines, and assisting with promotional efforts to maximize participation and impact.
- Manage and update partner databases by organizing contact information, tracking collaboration progress, and ensuring data accuracy for effective relationship management.
- Maintain and manage key customer relationships by providing exceptional support, addressing inquiries, and fostering long-term engagement through personalized communication and feedback mechanisms.
- Participate in necessary meetings, including strategy sessions and project updates, and create detailed meeting minutes to document decisions, action items, and next steps for team alignment.
