Job Description
The Content Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the strategic development and execution of content operations across Binance's platforms. This role involves managing the entire lifecycle of content creation, including planning, production, and distribution of both Feed and Live content. The manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and brand messaging. Key responsibilities include coordinating with product teams to support the development and enhancement of content-driven features, optimizing content performance through data analysis, and managing the logistics of live streaming events. The role also requires maintaining budgets, scheduling resources, and ensuring timely delivery of content initiatives. This position plays a critical role in driving user engagement and maintaining the quality of Binance's content output. The manager will be tasked with identifying content trends, evaluating audience feedback, and implementing innovative content solutions to strengthen brand presence and user retention. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive content operations strategies that align with Binance's business goals and brand identity.
- Lead the creation and execution of Feed and Live content activities, ensuring consistency in quality and relevance to target audiences.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate content into new features and improve existing ones, contributing to product development cycles.
- Manage live streaming schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure seamless execution of events while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze content performance indicators using tools like Google Analytics, Social Media Insights, and engagement metrics.
- Coordinate with marketing, design, and technical teams to support the production and optimization of content assets.
- Identify content trends and opportunities for innovation to enhance user experience and drive platform growth.
- Ensure compliance with content guidelines and brand standards across all operations.
- Provide regular reporting on content performance, budget utilization, and operational outcomes to stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to streamline content production and distribution processes.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, with a preference for a master's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in content operations, preferably within the fintech or cryptocurrency industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in content strategy development, including SEO optimization, audience segmentation, and content calendar management.
- Expertise in live streaming operations, including platform management (e.g., YouTube, Twitch, Facebook Live), technical coordination, and audience engagement tactics.
- Advanced skills in data analysis and interpretation, with experience using tools like Excel, Google Analytics, and social media dashboards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with product, marketing, and engineering teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in cross-functional coordination, including budget allocation, resource planning, and stakeholder management.
