Job Description
Brinc is seeking a dynamic Social Media & Community Manager to drive its digital presence and foster meaningful connections with its audience. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies that align with the company's overarching vision and objectives. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize Brinc's social media content calendar across established platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) and emerging channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement. They will also create original content including images, text posts, live updates, and video material, while designing and executing social campaigns to meet traffic and growth targets. A key focus will be maintaining brand consistency through tone, voice, and terminology across all platforms. Additionally, the role involves monitoring and analyzing social performance metrics, identifying trends, and benchmarking competitor activity. The candidate will also build and maintain relationships with key influencers and organizations in specific industry verticals such as Blockchain, FoodTech, Healthcare, and Climate Tech & Sustainability, to expand Brinc's follower base and professional network.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media and community engagement strategies that align with Brinc’s business goals and vision.
- Manage the social media content calendar for all platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging channels.
- Create original content such as social images, text posts, live status updates, and video material to support brand messaging.
- Design and launch social media campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and growth for Brinc’s audience.
- Maintain brand consistency through cohesive tone, voice, and terminology across all platforms and content types.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, including traffic, engagement rates, and follower growth.
- Track industry trends and competitor activity to inform Brinc’s social media strategy and content direction.
- Build and nurture relationships with key influencers and organizations in target industry verticals (Blockchain, FoodTech, Healthcare, Climate Tech & Sustainability).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of social media initiatives with overall marketing and business strategies.
- Stay updated on evolving social media platforms and trends to maintain Brinc’s competitive edge in digital engagement.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management and community engagement, preferably in a B2B or tech industry context.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms, including their algorithms, best practices, and audience behaviors.
- Strong creative skills with the ability to produce visually appealing and engaging content for diverse platforms.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing software.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve social media performance and ROI.
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong grasp of brand voice and tone for professional audiences.
- Knowledge of SEO and content optimization techniques to maximize reach and engagement.
- Experience in managing relationships with influencers and organizations across multiple industry sectors.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns, content calendars, and performance tracking simultaneously.
