Key Responsibilities

• Project Docking and Management
  • Communicate with blockchain project teams to ensure smooth exchange launches
  • Track project launch timelines, troubleshoot issues, and ensure on-time delivery
• Data Monitoring and Analysis
  • Analyze market performance, trading metrics, and user feedback for launched projects
  • Collect market data to optimize marketing strategies for project teams
• Event Planning and Execution
  • Organize marketing campaigns including online celebrations and trading competitions
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources to achieve campaign objectives
• User Support and Community Management
  • Address user inquiries and relay feedback to project teams
  • Engage with user communities and maintain active communication channels
• Market Intelligence
  • Conduct competitive analysis of exchange listing strategies
  • Develop differentiated approaches to enhance platform positioning

Job Requirements

• 3+ years experience in project management or business development within blockchain/crypto
• Proven track record in coordinating cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical skills with experience in market data interpretation
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Experience organizing online marketing events and community management
• Deep understanding of cryptocurrency exchange operations
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
