The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth project launches, monitoring performance, and enhancing user engagement through data-driven insights and event coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Docking and Management
- Communicate and coordinate with blockchain project teams to ensure seamless project launches on the exchange.
- Track all stages of project launch, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely execution.
- Data Monitoring and Analysis
- Monitor market performance, trading data, and user feedback for launched projects.
- Analyze data trends and provide actionable optimization suggestions to project teams.
- Collect and interpret market data to refine marketing strategies.
- Event Planning and Execution
- Design and implement promotional activities to boost project visibility and user participation.
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure successful event execution and achieve KPIs.
- User Support and Feedback
- Address user inquiries and issues related to launched projects.
- Gather user feedback, relay insights to project teams, and drive iterative improvements.
- Manage user communities, foster engagement, and respond promptly to concerns.
- Competitive Analysis
- Research listing strategies and performance metrics of competing exchanges.
- Develop differentiated competitive tactics to strengthen platform positioning.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in blockchain or fintech.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and user behavior.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
- Experience in event planning and community management is highly desirable.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
