Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute spot and contract operation activities, ensuring comprehensive user reach and engagement through well-structured campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, adapting strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
- Conduct thorough reviews and summaries of operational activities, analyzing effectiveness and ROI to continuously improve performance and outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in business operations, preferably within the financial or cryptocurrency exchange sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor industry trends and competitor activities effectively.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills to design and implement operational activities.
