Key Responsibilities

• Project Docking and Management:
  • Communicate and coordinate with blockchain project teams to ensure seamless project launches on the exchange.
  • Monitor and track all project launch processes, ensuring timely execution and resolving any issues that arise.
• Data Monitoring and Analysis:
  • Monitor market performance, trading data, and user feedback for launched projects, conducting regular analysis to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Collect and analyze market data to assist project teams in refining their marketing strategies.
• Event Planning and Execution:
  • Plan and execute promotional activities to enhance project visibility and user engagement.
  • Coordinate internal resources to ensure successful event execution and achievement of desired outcomes.
• User Support and Feedback:
  • Address user inquiries and issues related to launched projects, gathering feedback to facilitate continuous project improvements.
  • Manage user communities, fostering positive interactions and promptly addressing user concerns.
• Competitive Analysis:
  • Analyze listing strategies and performance of competing exchanges to develop differentiated competitive strategies and enhance platform competitiveness.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and user feedback.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to manage relationships with project teams and users.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology and cryptocurrency exchanges is a plus.
