Job Description
We are seeking an International Operations Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in international market operations, growth strategies, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct channel lead mining to explore growth opportunities and develop operational strategies, while being responsible for results in user acquisition and conversion
- Analyze user attributes and needs to plan targeted channel activities that assist growth, ensure user retention, and effectively increase volume
- Analyze business data and promotion effects to improve promotion ROI and optimize marketing strategies
- Collect internal and external demands, monitor industry competitors and channel dynamics to explore new growth points
- Communicate and collaborate with business developers to output solutions for business objectives, achieve cross-team collaboration, and promote project implementation while being responsible for business results
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations or related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams
- Proactive attitude with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and user acquisition strategies
- Fluent in English, additional language skills are a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
