Key Responsibilities

• Token Economy Design: Develop and optimize token economy models including supply, distribution, utility, and governance mechanisms.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and development teams to align token economics with technical architecture and business objectives.
• Economic Incentive Optimization: Analyze and enhance ecosystem incentives to foster healthy participation and long-term sustainability.
• Airdrop Strategy: Design and execute targeted airdrop campaigns to attract and engage the right audience.
• Performance Metrics: Define and track key success indicators for airdrops including user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Market Research: Conduct in-depth analysis of industry trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory developments in blockchain.
• Trend Integration: Incorporate emerging DeFi and NFT trends into tokenomics and airdrop strategies.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as project spokesperson for token economy model at industry events and with partners/investors.
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure all token-related activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks in token distribution and develop mitigation strategies.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in tokenomics design and airdrop operations within blockchain/crypto projects
• Deep understanding of blockchain economics, game theory, and incentive structures
• Strong analytical skills with ability to conduct market research and data analysis
• Excellent collaboration skills to work across product, development, and marketing teams
• Knowledge of regulatory landscape surrounding token distribution and airdrops
• Experience in community engagement and stakeholder management
• Ability to translate complex economic concepts into actionable strategies
• Familiarity with DeFi, NFTs, and emerging blockchain trends
