We are looking for an experienced and visionary senior product manager to drive the development, implementation, and expansion of Morph's encrypted payment service (Morph Pay). You will play a key role in formulating strategies, establishing partnerships, and driving innovation in blockchain payments. This is an excellent opportunity to create payment solutions at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and real-world applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the product roadmap for Morph Pay to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver seamless payment solutions.
- Supervise the design, development, and deployment of payment systems to ensure security, scalability, and a good user experience.
- Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with service providers, developers, and key stakeholders in the Web3 ecosystem.
- Drive user adoption and growth through integration with wallets, exchanges, and decentralized applications (dApps).
- Ensure compliance with global payment compliance requirements and implement strong fraud prevention measures.
- Monitor risks related to digital assets and take measures to reduce vulnerabilities.
- Research and track the latest trends in blockchain payments, DeFi, and Layer 2 scaling solutions.
- Analyze user behavior and market feedback, continuously optimize and enhance user experience.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in the blockchain or fintech industry, preferably with a focus on payments.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, Layer 2 solutions, and decentralized finance (DeFi).
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in compliance and risk management related to digital assets.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Passion for innovation and staying updated with industry trends.
