Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• KOL Management and Cooperation: Develop and implement global KOL cooperation strategies, establish long-term cooperative relationships, and expand the company's influence in the industry.
• Event Planning and Execution: Plan innovative marketing activities, coordinate KOL resources for promotion, and ensure maximum event effectiveness.
• Content Optimization and Dissemination: Analyze the effectiveness of KOL's content release and optimize promotion strategies based on data to enhance brand exposure and user engagement.
• Cooperation Negotiation and Contract Management: Responsible for negotiating cooperation with KOLs, managing contracts and cooperation terms, ensuring reasonable use of budgets and achieving performance goals.
• Trend Analysis and Reporting: Track industry trends, adjust KOL strategies in a timely manner, and provide regular reports on cooperation effectiveness analysis.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in KOL operations, influencer marketing, or related fields, with a proven track record in international markets.
• Strong understanding of global social media platforms and KOL ecosystems.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with the ability to establish long-term partnerships with KOLs.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing campaign performance and optimizing strategies.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market trends.
