We are seeking a Live Streaming Operations Specialist to oversee content planning, community engagement, and data-driven optimization for our live streaming platform. This role involves close collaboration with hosts, editing teams, and marketing departments to create compelling content and enhance user engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Planning and Execution
- Communicate with anchors to identify content highlights and editing needs
- Coordinate with editing team to ensure content matches platform tone and trends
- Review edited content quality and manage release schedules
- Community Operations and Market Insights
- Monitor Web3 and crypto trends to identify potential viral topics
- Sync market trends with private communities and interact with fans
- Create compelling live broadcast trailers to boost participation
- Plan community activities to enhance user engagement and UGC creation
- Maintain private communities by answering questions and collecting feedback
- User Growth and Activity Planning
- Track live stream updates every 2 hours to understand platform operations
- Design growth activities based on user behavior data
- Develop onboarding packages and incentive mechanisms for new users
- Collaborate with marketing to design viral mechanisms using live streaming resources
- Implement platform-level activities like leaderboards to boost engagement
- Data Monitoring and Strategy Optimization
- Review live streaming metrics (duration, frequency, compliance)
- Track performance of published content (views, engagement, conversions)
- Optimize content formats and promotion strategies based on data
- Analyze activity effectiveness to improve user growth and retention
- Collaborate with BD/marketing to enhance live room popularity and conversions
Job Requirements
- 2+ years experience in live streaming operations or digital content management
- Strong understanding of Web3 and crypto market trends
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Data-driven mindset with analytical capabilities
- Creative thinking for content planning and community engagement
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and adapt to market changes
- Fluent in English and Chinese (preferred)
