Job Description
As an Advertising Cooperation Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with local and international organizations, as well as market technology solution providers. This role involves identifying new dealer channels, negotiating commercial terms, and fostering long-term collaboration to drive revenue growth. You will also track, analyze, and report key statistical data related to partner performance, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making. Additionally, you will work closely with the DTC sales team and act as a liaison between the brand and agents to align objectives and optimize outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Actively develop and establish relationships with local and international organizations, as well as other market technology solution providers, to expand the brand's reach and market presence.
  • Identify and recruit new dealer channels, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure that partnership agreements align with the company's business goals and market strategies.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers of existing partners to enhance collaboration, resolve conflicts, and drive revenue growth.
  • Track, analyze, and report key statistical data related to partner performance, including metrics such as sales volume, engagement rates, and contract compliance, to provide actionable insights for strategic planning.
  • Work closely with the DTC sales team to coordinate marketing efforts, share market intelligence, and ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives. Act as a liaison between the brand and agents when needed to address concerns, clarify expectations, and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for partnership innovation and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and product development, to align partnership goals with overall business objectives.
  • Develop and implement partner onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new collaborators into the brand's ecosystem.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews of existing partners to assess their contributions, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for partnership adjustments.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies to leverage innovative solutions that enhance partnership effectiveness.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree (Master's or MBA) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership management, advertising, or related roles, with a proven track record of successful collaboration with organizations and agents.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions that optimize partner performance.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to build rapport with stakeholders, secure favorable terms, and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, data analytics software, and market research platforms to manage partner relationships and track performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a focus on achieving both short-term targets and long-term strategic goals.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, and content marketing, to enhance partnership visibility and engagement.
  • Fluency in English and at least one additional language (e.g., Mandarin, Spanish, or French) to facilitate communication with international partners and stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel frequently to meet with partners, attend industry events, and conduct on-site evaluations as required.
  • Familiarity with contract management and legal frameworks to ensure compliance with partnership agreements and mitigate risks.
  • Proven success in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, with measurable results in sales performance and market expansion.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills to guide teams, address challenges, and implement solutions that strengthen partner relationships.
  • Experience in managing budgets and financial aspects of partnership programs to ensure cost-effectiveness and ROI.
