Job Description
As a Customer Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic customer relationship management and digital marketing initiatives. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for expansion, ensuring client satisfaction, and delivering measurable results. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of clients across multiple channels, including but not limited to social media platforms, programmatic advertising, and email marketing. The role also involves close collaboration with media suppliers, agencies, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and timely resolution of any issues that may arise during the process.
Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
  • Design and implement digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives, focusing on brand promotion, user acquisition, and conversion rate optimization across various online platforms.
  • Coordinate with media agencies and suppliers to negotiate contracts, manage campaign placements, and ensure compliance with brand guidelines and advertising standards.
  • Oversee the entire budget planning lifecycle, including forecasting, allocation, cost monitoring, and ROI analysis for client projects.
  • Develop and present compelling proposals to clients, highlighting the value proposition of proposed strategies and their potential impact on business outcomes.
  • Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis using analytics tools and dashboards, identifying trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates, engagement metrics, and customer retention rates to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to clients, ensuring transparency, clarity, and actionable insights in all communications.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to continuously refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and analytics to ensure cohesive execution of customer-centric initiatives.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in customer relationship management, digital marketing, or related fields with a track record of successful client acquisition and retention.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media advertising, programmatic buying, SEO/SEM, and content marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track performance metrics and manage client interactions.
  • Ability to create and present compelling visual reports and presentations that highlight campaign performance, ROI, and strategic recommendations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of budget management principles, including cost forecasting, allocation, and optimization techniques to maximize campaign efficiency.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to address client concerns, resolve campaign issues, and adapt strategies to changing market conditions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to evolving business needs.
  • Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field, along with certifications in digital marketing or CRM management.
