Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to develop and execute targeted campaigns for Southeast Asian markets, with a focus on China, Taiwan, and Korea. This role involves driving user acquisition and retention for Web3 projects through strategic planning and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns tailored to Southeast Asian markets (China, Taiwan, Korea mainly).
- Plan regional strategies to drive user acquisition and retention for Web3 projects.
- Build and manage communities on platforms like WeChat, Telegram, Discord, and Twitter.
- Foster engagement and trust with community members, especially through content and conversation in Mandarin Chinese.
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers in the region.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness through KPIs (e.g., engagement, conversion rates, growth).
- Organize and promote events, including AMAs, conferences, and local meetups, to expand brand awareness.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in Web3 or blockchain-related fields.
- Strong understanding of Southeast Asian markets, particularly China, Taiwan, and Korea.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Experience managing online communities on platforms like WeChat, Telegram, Discord, and Twitter.
- Ability to analyze KPIs and adjust strategies for optimal campaign performance.
- Strong networking skills to identify and collaborate with KOLs and influencers.
- Creative mindset with the ability to organize and promote engaging events.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency marketing.
- Knowledge of local cultural nuances and trends in target markets.
- Experience with event planning and execution in the tech or fintech space.
