Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of DeFi products, emphasizing user experience, security, and scalability.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of new features.
• Conduct in-depth market research, track the latest trends and competitor dynamics in the DeFi field.
• Write relevant insight reports and provide a basis for product strategy, especially in DeFi strategies such as staking, revenue cultivation, and lending protocols.
• Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap to ensure product development aligns with company goals and market demand.
• Familiar with smart contract platforms and integration of multiple DeFi protocols to ensure compatibility and optimization between different chains.
• Write detailed product requirement documents (PRD), user stories, and functional specification manuals.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to prioritize feature development and manage the iterative process.
• Responsible for integrating multiple DeFi protocols to ensure compatibility and optimization between different chains.
• Possess knowledge of smart contract security practices and blockchain auditing.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in leading DeFi product development with a focus on UX, security, and scalability.
• Strong understanding of DeFi market trends, competitor analysis, and strategic product planning.
• Experience with smart contract platforms and multi-chain DeFi protocol integration.
• Ability to create detailed product documentation (PRDs, user stories, functional specs).
• Knowledge of smart contract security best practices and blockchain auditing processes.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
• Strong analytical skills to conduct market research and provide actionable insights.
