Job Description
This role is for a CEX Platform Product Manager who will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle of financial products such as wealth management and wallets. The ideal candidate will drive product innovation and ensure seamless execution from concept to launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, plan, and implement front-end and back-end requirements for financial products including wealth management and wallet services
- Create product prototype diagrams and document product processes with detailed requirement specifications
- Collaborate effectively with R&D, testing, and operations teams to ensure clear understanding of product requirements and facilitate successful product launches
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and address user pain points
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and feature development
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align product development with business objectives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years of product management experience in financial technology or related industry
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency exchange platforms
- Proven ability to create detailed product documentation and specifications
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven product decision making
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with UX/UI design principles
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in financial services
- Previous work experience in cryptocurrency exchanges or digital asset platforms
