Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research, planning, and actual implementation of front-end and back-end requirements for user center basic services and operational businesses
• Create product prototype diagrams, develop product processes, and write comprehensive requirement specification documents
• Promote the implementation of various service capabilities (including accounts and notifications) provided by the user center across business lines
• Facilitate effective communication between R&D, testing, and operations departments to ensure full understanding of product requirements and smooth product launch
• Monitor product performance metrics, conduct detailed data analysis, and implement continuous product improvements to address user pain points

Additional Requirements

• Proven experience in product management for user-facing platforms or services
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to create clear and comprehensive product documentation
• Experience with user-centered design principles and agile development methodologies
