Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Contract Products professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end product management of trading and contract-related businesses, ensuring seamless functionality and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive front-end and back-end requirement research, planning, and implementation for trading and contract-related businesses
- Create product prototype diagrams, develop product processes, and prepare detailed requirement specification documents
- Design and implement the contract risk control backend system, including building robust risk control business processes and system functionalities
- Collaborate effectively with R&D, testing, and operations teams to ensure clear understanding of product requirements and facilitate successful product launches
- Monitor and analyze product performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to address user pain points
Additional Requirements
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience in financial products or trading systems is highly desirable.
