Job Description
The Contract Product Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing decentralized exchange (DEX) contract operations and related derivative products. This role requires a deep understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee DEX contract business operations and management
- Conduct internal synchronization and training sessions regarding DEX contracts and derivative products
- Perform comprehensive data analysis and market research for DEX contract products, implementing strategic adjustments to enhance operational effectiveness
- Establish and refine standardized operational procedures for project products, demonstrating profound insights into standardized project operations, community management, and product operations
- Develop product optimization roadmaps based on user experience and operational data, collaborating with product development teams
- Prioritize candidates with experience in contracts, on-chain transactions, or product management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher with relevant blockchain operations experience, including contract usage and understanding of contract mechanisms
- Comprehensive knowledge of blockchain industry trends, including product design, models, and marketing strategies
- Extensive blockchain product operation experience with in-depth research into blockchain applications, demonstrating strong data sensitivity and analytical capabilities
- User-centric approach with emphasis on user experience and satisfaction
- Fluency in English preferred
