Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management Support
  • Assist the product owner in product planning and execution.
  • Track project progress, ensure timely completion, and report progress and issues.
  • Participate in cross-departmental communication and coordination to ensure effective collaboration.
• Requirement Analysis and Document Writing
  • Assist in collecting and analyzing business requirements, writing requirement documents and functional specifications.
  • Assist the product team in conducting market research, analyzing competitor products, and proposing optimization suggestions.
  • Assist in writing and maintaining user manuals and operation guides.
• Product Development Support
  • Assist in following up on the product development process to ensure alignment with the project plan.
  • Collaborate with development and testing teams to solve problems and ensure product quality.
  • Assist in conducting pre-launch testing and quality inspections.
• Internal and External User Feedback and Optimization
  • Collect and analyze feedback to assist in improving workflow and collaborative efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, product management, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in market research and competitive analysis.
• Basic understanding of software development life cycles.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
