Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our product management and development teams. This role involves assisting in project coordination, requirement analysis, and product optimization to ensure successful project delivery and continuous product improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management Support
- Assist the product owner in product planning and execution.
- Track project progress, ensure timely completion, and report progress and issues.
- Participate in cross-departmental communication and coordination to ensure effective collaboration.
- Requirement Analysis and Document Writing
- Assist in collecting and analyzing business requirements, writing requirement documents and functional specifications.
- Assist the product team in conducting market research, analyzing competitor products, and proposing optimization suggestions.
- Assist in writing and maintaining user manuals and operation guides.
- Product Development Support
- Assist in following up on the product development process to ensure alignment with the project plan.
- Collaborate with development and testing teams to solve problems and ensure product quality.
- Assist in conducting pre-launch testing and quality inspections.
- Internal and External User Feedback and Optimization
- Collect and analyze feedback to assist in improving workflow and collaborative efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, product management, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in market research and competitive analysis.
- Basic understanding of software development life cycles.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
