Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. This is a remote position based overseas (candidates not from Chinese Mainland). The successful candidate will work closely with the department director to manage projects throughout their entire lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the department director in managing the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Communicate effectively with operations and other departments to ensure alignment on project scope and delivery timelines
- Conduct scope management to maintain clear and accessible project objectives
- Implement change management processes, handling change requests, assessing impacts, and adjusting plans accordingly
- Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery of all milestones
- Organize and facilitate various meetings during the requirement processing phase to ensure smooth communication
- Document meeting content and maintain project documentation according to PMP standards
Working Conditions
This is a full-time remote position with standard working hours of 9 hours per day. The successful candidate will be working from home and must be located outside of Chinese Mainland.
